Private use terms
Effective 4 October 2026. Kosmokai / Niche Hunter is a private research workspace for its configured owner, not a publicly offered service or paid subscription product. These conditions describe access and permitted research use of the currently implemented application.
Access and privacy
Access requires the authorized Google identity and explicit agreement to the Privacy & data notice and these terms. Authentication does not grant access to Gmail, Drive, private YouTube Analytics, or channel management. Do not share Google passwords or bypass the owner-only access restriction.
YouTube API Services
This API Client uses YouTube API Services. By using its features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of the API integration is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Kosmokai is an independent application, not operated or endorsed by Google or YouTube. Research classifications, hypotheses and scores are independently generated analysis. They are not YouTube-published or approved metrics and do not establish third-party earnings, actual RPM, copyright permission or monetization eligibility.
Research and original production
Research must respect applicable platform policies and third-party rights. A performance example is not a licence to copy a video. Structural study does not authorize reuse of another creator's script, audio, footage or thumbnail. Any future production handover requires human review, appropriately sourced materials and original creative work.
Saving a research hypothesis is not approval for production. Unknown evidence does not pass a gate. Statistical comparisons are observational; they do not prove causation or guarantee financial success.
Current feature boundary
The deployed portal provides identity authentication, telemetry, research hypotheses and bookmarks. Collection is paused pending analytics permission and legacy data-lifecycle remediation. The full competitors-to-production-to-feedback pipeline is planned, not implemented. Unconnected production costs and revenue are unknown, not zero.
Control and support
The owner can remove bookmarks and log out. Identity/audit deletion and questions about this private application are handled through the operator contact configured for the Google application; the current procedure and storage limitations are explained in Privacy & data. A change to these conditions or the privacy notice requires renewed agreement before private access.
